Philippe fixed my Expobar machine, which I had clogged when trying to descale it myself. He responded promptly to my initial inquiry for help and picked my machine up from my home. Philippe did a great job of not only fixing my machine but keeping me updated throughout the process, including bringing it back to my home to set it back up and demonstrate that everything was working perfectly. As well as fixing the original issue he also fixed a few other things he found, which were genuine issues, as he explained them to me thoroughly. Philippe was fantastic throughout the whole experience and having true home pickup and drop off service is invaluable given that my machine weighs > 60lbs and I have a bad back. I have used one other Espresso machine repair company in the East Bay in the past , where I had to drop off and pick up my machine, and Philippe did a much better repair job. Highly recommended.
