Placed an end of year 2016 closeout sale bicycle on layaway and a few months later it was mistakenly sold to another customer. However, I was assured that one exactly the same was in stock storage waiting for me whenever I was ready to pay my balance and take it. When I was ready to do that, the day I called, it was discovered that that second one was also mistakenly sold off. Oops. Well, 6Fifteen promised to honor that closeout sale price on the brand new 2018 model that I could choose the size on, etc. This was very honorable of them and more than fair. I am pleased with the transaction and the integrity of 6Fifteen Cyclery. I am a ‘customer for life’ now for sure!
